GLOBECHEM SDN BHD was incorporated in 1989. It is a chemical importer and distributor providing a wide range of chemicals and solvents for Malaysia and the ASEAN region. The company also operates a distribution center in Prai, Penang. In total, it owns dedicated warehousing and distribution facilities of over 23,000 square meters to service its clients.

The CEO of Globechem Sdn Bhd, Shah Alam, is Mr David Lai, a member of The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, United Kingdom, since 1972. He ventured into the Chemicals Brokering business in 1976. All Globechem personnel are trained professionals in their respective fields.
